I will be releasing my newest crochet pattern next weekend. I am calling this pattern the Bourbon Blossoms Infinity Scarf. I was going to release it yesterday but didn’t due to not reaching my goal of 100 followers on Facebook. Thank you to everyone who tried to help me reach my goal.Though I didn’t reach the goal for my Facebook page, I did reach (and pass) 300 followers on Instagram!
In addition to the pattern release next weekend, I will also be announcing the subject matter of my CAL for next year! More information will be revealed about this project as we get closer to the date of starting it. I recommend you follow me across social media to keep updated on this CAL if you are interested in participating when I start.
Wish you all a great weekend!
This past week my main focus has been working on designing an infinity cowl using the blossom stitch. This is my very first time making an infinity cowl and I am quite content with the end the result. It is quite possible I will be making multiples of these this upcoming fall and winter. I will be releasing this pattern early next month. I have multiple ideas for cowl and infinity scarves so you can look forward to seeing them on here in coming months!
In other news, I am in the process of designing a CAL for next year. As I get closer to perfecting the design I will announce what it will be. I will tell you that I am quite excited about doing this CAL next year and I think a lot of people are going to like it.
Hope everyone has been having a fantastic summer!
Mermaid tail cocoon blankets are super popular right now. I myself have made up a couple small ones. I have compiled a list of FREE crochet patterns for mermaid tails. I didn’t want to leave the boys out so I also have a few FREE patterns for shark bite blankets in the round-up as well. Wish you all happy hooking!

*The pattern above I have personally made. Really easy to work up and though the fin I found to be a little bit on the challenging side. I personally like the look variegated yarn gives this tail. I have pictures below of my work.*
